Toshiyuki Saiki

Toshiyuki Saiki has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for both the Japan Business Unit and the Asia-Pacific region at Takeda. Previous roles at Takeda include Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Global Corporate Functions and Global Talent Acquisition Partner Lead for Corporate Functions. Toshiyuki has also worked as a Consultant at Lightworks Corporation, a Data Analyst for the Global Operation and Data Quality Team (Contract) at Autodesk, and a Marketing and Sales Representative at Asahi Kasei Corporation.
