Wendy Porton

Wendy Porton currently serves as the Organizational Change Management - Strategy & Planning Lead for Data, Digital & Technology at Takeda since May 2019, where responsibilities include managing global change management and communications for the integration of Takeda and Shire across various regions and solutions. Prior to this role, Wendy held several key positions at Shire, including IT Lead for the Procure to Pay Program, where collaboration with business stakeholders was essential for implementing Coupa's solution post-acquisition, and Head of the IT Portfolio for Tech Ops, managing a diverse portfolio of over 70 projects. Previous experience at Pfizer and Wyeth involved strategic IT leadership roles, managing substantial budgets and portfolios, and providing technology solutions to enhance business processes across multiple departments. Wendy holds a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware and a certification in Litigation Management from the Philadelphia Institute of Paralegal Training.
