Yulan Shen

Yulan Shen, MBA, CEP, CCP, CECP, currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Executive Compensation at Takeda since March 2023. Prior to this role, Yulan held various positions at Biogen from February 2016 to March 2023, including leadership in Global Pricing & Access for Neuromuscular Diseases and overseeing executive compensation and equity programs. Yulan's experience also includes working as Vice President and Executive Compensation Consultant at Pearl Meyer & Partners, where responsibilities involved advising senior management and Boards on executive compensation strategies and programs. Earlier at HNI Corporation, Yulan supported executive compensation matters for senior management and the Board. Yulan holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master's in Industrial Relations from Iowa State University, and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from Hohai University.
