Lucas Posada

Lucas Posada has a diverse work experience. Lucas is currently the co-founder and CEO of Takenos, a company that focuses on providing easy and convenient work options for global workers from Latin America. Prior to this, Lucas was an Investor & Accelerator Fellow at 500 Global from January 2023 to July 2023. Lucas also served as a Fellow at Launch House from June 2022 to January 2023. Lucas has experience in product management, having worked as a Senior Product Manager at IOL invertironline from January 2021 to February 2022, and as a Product Owner from July 2020 to March 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Strategy Advisor at IMS Internet Media Services from May 2021 to December 2021. Lucas started their career at Digital House, where they held the position of Product Lead for the K12 business from September 2016 to August 2020.

Lucas Posada's education history includes completing the Draper Hero Program at Draper University in 2023. In 2022, they also gained a Latitud Fellow (LF5) certification from Latitud, as well as a DU & DSH Fellow designation from Draper University. Lucas pursued a Posgrado en Educación (Postgraduate in Education) from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​ between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Lucas completed an Especialización en Negocios Digitales (Specialization in Digital Business) at Universidad de Palermo in 2016 and a Licenciatura en Comunicación Publicitaria (Bachelor's degree in Advertising Communication) from the same institution between 2010 and 2014.
