The team is led by a vice president who has experience in both finance and management, and includes a senior vice president with a background in banking and another senior engagement manager with experience in strategy and operations. The team also has a vice president who heads up underwriting, and this individual has a degree in finance from Universidad del Cema. Finally, the team's leader holds a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
