Human Resources Lead at TakeProfit

Maria Chenovarian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maria currently serves as the Human Resources Lead at TakeProfit, where they are responsible for building HR and People Ops from scratch in a fintech startup. Their role includes HR business partnering, strategy development, tech recruiting, employee journey management, training and development, compensation and benefits, retention, communications, and HR branding.

Before joining TakeProfit, Maria worked as an IT HR Consultant in 2020. Maria also held the position of Head of Office/People Operations at DataArt from March 2020 to October 2020.

Prior to their time at DataArt, Maria was the Senior People Operations Manager at TradingView from April 2018 to March 2020.

Maria also has experience with S Media Link, LLC, where they served as the Head of HR from February 2016 to February 2018. Maria also worked as a Human Resources Manager at the same company from June 2015 to February 2018.

Additionally, Maria has worked as a self-employed freelance teacher of English from January 2014 to April 2015.

Their early career includes roles at Adecco Group Russia, where they served as a Senior Project Coordinator from March 2011 to October 2013, and as an HR Administrator from June 2008 to March 2011.

Maria Chenovarian completed their Master's degree in Human Resources from Kuban State University (KubSU) from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they also obtained a Master's degree in History with a focus on Contemporary European History and Anthropology from the same university, from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Maria has obtained several certifications. Maria received a certification in Total Rewards from Laba in April 2017. In May 2016, they completed a certification in HR Analytics in HR Brand from HeadHunter Group. In December 2015, Maria received a certification in Creative HR Brand, also from HeadHunter Group. It is worth noting that Maria has a certification in FCE, obtained from Cambridge English Language Assessment, although the exact month and year are not specified.
