Susan Dean began their work experience as the Manager of Business Intelligence at Mölnlycke US in 2001. Susan developed and implemented enterprise-wide BI solutions during their time there. After Mölnlycke, they worked at MedAssets, Inc as the Director of Business Intelligence, where they led the data warehouse, performance management, and business intelligence efforts. Susan then moved on to GE Energy as a Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence, where they designed and implemented an end-to-end BI platform and led a team of developers. Susan later joined NCR Corporation as the Director of Business Intelligence and Enterprise Planning, where they led global reporting, analytics, and forecasting efforts. Susan'smost recent role was at SunTrust as the SVP of Consumer Data & Analytics Data Office, where they developed and directed a large team, managed vendor contracts, and delivered critical BI insights to Consumer Segment leadership. Currently, Susan is the Director of Business Technology at Takeuchi, a position they have held since 2019.

Susan Dean has a BA degree in Political Science from Emory University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as an Honors Graduate from the Executive Banking School at the Consumer Bankers Association in July 2018. Susan also holds a certification as an IBM Certified Designer in Cognos 10 BI from IBM, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.

Takeuchi Mfg. (U.S.) Ltd, was established in 1979, being the first construction equipment company to introduce quality Compact Excavators and Track Loaders to the US construction equipment market. The rapid growth of the compact equipment market has resulted in the need to reinvest capital to support our customers and dealer network. Takeuchi U.S. has expanded seven times over the years and recently moved to a new 250,000 square foot, state-of-the-art training, parts and machine distribution facility on 34 acres in Valentine Industrial Park, near Atlanta, Georgia. Takeuchi Mfg. Company Ltd, was established in 1963, in Nagano, Japan. In 1971 Takeuchi began initial production of the world’s first Compact Excavator and in 1986 they introduced the first Compact Rubber Track Loader to North America.
