Louisa Trombin has significant work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Louisa most recently served as the Head of People and Culture at Taking Shape starting in January 2018. Prior to that, they worked at National Australia Bank, where they held various leadership roles including Head of People, Technology from July 2016 to January 2018, and Head of People, Specialised Sales, Business Bank from February 2015 to July 2016.

Before joining National Australia Bank, Trombin was the Head of People & Culture at Tigerair Australia from December 2012 to February 2015. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resource management for the Australian division of Tigerair.

Louisa Trombin earned a Post Graduate diploma in Organisational Development from Southern Cross University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Education in English and History from Deakin University from 1981 to 1985.
