Louisa Trombin

Louisa Trombin has significant work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Louisa most recently served as the Head of People and Culture at Taking Shape starting in January 2018. Prior to that, they worked at National Australia Bank, where they held various leadership roles including Head of People, Technology from July 2016 to January 2018, and Head of People, Specialised Sales, Business Bank from February 2015 to July 2016.

Before joining National Australia Bank, Trombin was the Head of People & Culture at Tigerair Australia from December 2012 to February 2015. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resource management for the Australian division of Tigerair.

Trombin also previously worked at The Body Shop Australia, where they served as the Executive Manager People & Performance from November 2007 to December 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Adidem Group as the General Manager People Services from July 2002 to November 2007.

Louisa'searlier experience includes roles at The Body Shop Australia as the Learning and Development Manager from January 1997 to July 2002, and as a Learning and Development Consultant from May 1995 to January 1997.

Louisa Trombin earned a Post Graduate diploma in Organisational Development from Southern Cross University from 1997 to 1999. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Education in English and History from Deakin University from 1981 to 1985.
