Takko Advisory was founded by Tarja Takko — former CHRO, EVP People & Culture, and Transformation lead, with 25+ years across global organizations. Tarja has also lived in Hong Kong and London, bringing firsthand understanding of different cultures. 
Timo Kytömäki joined as Co-Founder and Partner, bringing 30+ years as CEO, COO, and CTO across technology, SaaS, healthcare, and public sector globally.
