Raphaël Masselles

Raphaël Masselles is a project manager and instructional designer currently working at TAKOMA since November 2020, where responsibilities include managing projects related to the development of educational content and supporting clients in establishing training programs. Previously, Raphaël held various roles at Nissan Motor Corporation from May 2018 to September 2020, including a business analyst apprenticeship focused on reporting tools and customer experience initiatives. Earlier experiences include overseeing partner prospecting at Les Foulées de l'EM and roles in customer service and hospitality at Holiday Inn Paris Montmartre and Factory & Co. Raphaël holds a degree in Economics from EM Normandie Business School and participated in an Erasmus program at Corvinus University of Budapest.
