Tyler Serben

Tyler Serben is a Project Control Specialist at TAKRAF Group since May 2025, with prior experience as a Project Controller II at Primoris Services Corporation, where responsibilities included mentoring project engineers and collaborating with management to track project milestones. Previously, Tyler held the role of Lead Project Cost Analyst at Actalent, overseeing the training of new hires and leading a team to audit construction reports, as well as serving as a Project Cost Analyst managing a $50M portfolio in Texas. Prior experience includes working as a Project Finance Specialist for Steve M. Rutherford, CPA, P.C., where Tyler enhanced project management tools and provided accounting services. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University, Tyler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Northeastern State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Tulsa Community College.
