Hayato S.

Hayato S. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Hayato is currently working as a Project Director in Business Design and UX Design at Takram. Prior to that, they worked as a freelance Business and UX Designer. Hayato also co-founded and served as the CEO of an outdoor tech startup called offto, where they led operations, conducted market research, and successfully raised $250K in funding. Hayato was also a Senior Business Designer and Project Manager at Innovation Laboratory, Inc., where they played a key role in the company's growth and eventual acquisition. Additionally, Hayato worked as a Program Manager at i.school in the Center for Knowledge Structuring at The University of Tokyo, organizing workshops and leading student expeditions. Hayato has also been a honored guest speaker at various occasions and participated in a scholarship program at AEA s.r.l in Loccioni Group, where they gained research and development experience in an unmanned factory.

Hayato S. holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from The University of Electro-Communications, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Hayato further pursued their education at the same university and earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in the same field from 2009 to 2012. In addition, Hayato S. conducted special research as a Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering Special Research Student at Kyoto University from 2011 to 2012.
