Mana Nadafian

Mana Nadafian is a seasoned professional in credit risk management with extensive experience in solution engineering and consultancy. Currently serving as Lead Solution Engineer at Taktile since September 2024, Mana also operates as a self-employed Credit Risk Consultant since June 2019, focusing on the design of credit risk products and customer journeys. Previously, as Chief Risk Officer at Knoma from August 2019 to August 2024, Mana oversaw the entire credit risk lifecycle, implementing critical policies and managing relationships with third-party data suppliers. Mana held prior positions including Head Of Risk at NewDay and Risk Manager at Lebara, contributing to credit risk policy development, automation of risk strategies, and compliance. With a solid educational background comprising an MSc in Mathematical Finance from the University of Birmingham and two degrees in Bioelectric Engineering, Mana brings a strong analytical and technical foundation to the field of credit risk.
