Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at TAL Building Centers since October 2024, Gregory previously held the position of Executive Vice President at Valley Wide Cooperative from November 2020 to October 2024, overseeing Retail, Ecommerce, and Marketing for the largest farmer-owned cooperative in the Pacific Northwest. Prior roles include Division Vice President at True Value Company, where responsibility encompassed $1.6 billion in revenue and support for 3,000 stores, and Executive Director at The Home Depot, managing multiple $500 million+ P&L accounts. Gregory began a military career as an Infantry Captain in the US Army from 2000 to 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and an MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
