Julius Luo

Mr. Luo has served as our chief financial officer since November 1st, 2014. Prior to joining TAL, Mr. Luo was CFO of eLong Inc., a previously Nasdaq listed online travel agency company. Prior to that, Mr. Luo also held a number of positions in finance in Beijing and Seattle at Microsoft, including analyst, manager, and senior manager. Mr. Luo holds a bachelor’s degree in information management systems and a double bachelors’ degree in economics from Peking University, a master’s degree in management science and engineering from Tsinghua University, and a doctor’s degree in management science from Peking University.
