Adam D.

Adam D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Adam started their career at IAG as a Learning & Development Manager from December 2006 to December 2010. Adam then joined the ARC Group as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Manager from December 2010 to January 2013.

After that, Adam worked at Hollard Insurance as a Learning & Organisational Development Manager from February 2013 to July 2016. Adam then joined Winning Group as a Group, Talent & Organisational Development Manager from August 2016 to April 2018, where they led a team of learning & development and recruitment consultants.

Adam's next role was at Results Laser Clinic as the Head of People & Culture on a 6-month contract from April 2018 to September 2018. Adam was responsible for building and establishing the human resources function in the company.

Following this, Adam joined Aussie, the largest mortgage broking company in Australia, as a Senior Manager Learning Development from September 2018 to March 2020. Adam played a crucial role in expanding the company's offering and represented 24 banks.

Currently, Adam is working at TAL Australia as the Manager Claims, Learning & Development since April 2020. Adam has recently been promoted to the role of Head of Claims, Learning & Development, which they currently hold as of March 2023.

From 2018 to 2019, Adam D. attended the Institute of Strategic Management, where they obtained a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
