Annalisa Peiris

Annalisa Peiris has over 20 years of work experience in various companies and roles. Annalisa has recently worked at TAL Australia as the Head of Talent and People Experience, Head of Change, Consulting and Talent Acquisition, and Head of People Programs and Consulting. Prior to that, they worked at Mercer Australia as the Leader of Strategy, Change and Performance and also as a Senior Manager, Organizational Change. Annalisa also has experience working at Pillar Administration as the Human Resources Lead and Recruitment & Redeployment Lead. Annalisa began their career at Angel Recruitment & Consultancy Group as a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Business Manager and later worked at Command Recruitment as a Business Support Recruitment Manager. Additionally, Annalisa worked at Star City as a Guest Services Manager.

Annalisa Peiris completed an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management at Kenvale College from 1995 to 1998. Annalisa then pursued an Advanced Diploma in HR Management at UOW College from 2013 to 2014. Annalisa also obtained a Prosci Certified in Change Management from Being Human in 2015.
