Jasmin Delos Santos

Jasmin delos Santos, CBAP, has extensive experience as a Lead Business Analyst in various companies and industries. Jasmin has led and managed multiple complex projects, including digital transformations and integration initiatives. Jasmin has a proven track record in defining and implementing BA standards, processes, and templates to drive successful business analysis activities. Jasmin has also coached and mentored other BAs, facilitated stakeholder engagement, and conducted impact analysis to set project requirements. Additionally, Jasmin has experience in project management, resourcing, budgeting, and governance. Jasmin is skilled in conducting workshops, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and delivering results with statistical analysis. Jasmin also has expertise in database management, technical solutions, and teaching computer science subjects.

Jasmin delos Santos, CBAP, has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines, obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the same university, from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Jasmin has obtained various certifications, including Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from IIBA in 2017. Jasmin has also acquired several professional development certifications from LinkedIn, such as Agile BA Practitioner, Scrum: Advanced, and Coaching Virtually, among others. In 2019, they obtained the LUMA Institute Certified Practitioner certification.
