Mano Rajamuthu has extensive work experience in the field of data and business intelligence. Mano currently holds the position of Solution Architect / Technology Lead (Data) at TAL Australia since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Data Engineer at TAL Australia from June 2014 to December 2019. Mano also worked as a BI Developer at Reinsurance Group of America from July 2012 to January 2014. Before that, they were a BI Consultant at the Department of Human Services, Victoria, Australia from May 2010 to June 2012. Additionally, they have worked as a Data Warehouse Engineer at Brightstar from January 2009 to May 2010, a BI Developer at the Department of Sustainability and Environment from January 2008 to August 2008, a BI Developer at Toll Holdings Limited from July 2007 to January 2008, and a Business Intelligence Developer at Kidney Health Australia from February 2006 to July 2007.

Mano Rajamuthu has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Mano has also received certifications in Data Vault Modelling, Microsoft Certified Developer in SQL-Server Design, Development, SQL Scripts, Implementation and SQL, and Oracle Certified Developer in SQL. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in Scrum and Azure from institutions such as Scrum Alliance and Microsoft.
