Cole Sutera

Cole Sutera has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Cole is currently working at Nayya as a Tech Lead - Claims Data Integrations since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Sr Data Engineer at Saber Technology Solutions from August 2022 to December 2022. From November 2021 to July 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer at Nayya. Before that, they served as a Data Engineer at STAQ from May 2019 to July 2021.

Cole also gained valuable experience as a Data Engineer at Sabra & Associates, Inc. from August 2018 to April 2019, where they developed data management, ETL, and analysis tools. Cole further enhanced their skills as a Research Programmer at RAND Corporation from February 2017 to August 2018, where they automated and streamlined information delivery for business intelligence analysts.

Prior to these roles, Cole served as a Research Assistant at RAND Corporation from August 2014 to February 2017, where they conducted statistical analyses and wrote technical documentation for various research projects. Cole also worked as a Research Assistant and Researcher at the University of Oregon, where they conducted literature reviews, created datasets, and conducted economic analyses using statistical software.

In addition to their professional experience, Cole has also worked in the entertainment industry, specifically at Britt Festivals, where they served as a Table Rock Production member in 2012 and as a Stage Manager from 2010 to 2011.

From 2012 to 2014, Cole Sutera attended the University of Oregon, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
