Swetha Hickman is an experienced leader with expertise in innovation and strategy, focusing on health and insurance. With over fifteen years of experience, Swetha has specialized in occupational rehabilitation and claims management. Swetha held various roles at TAL Life, where responsibilities included supporting mental health claims, implementing rehabilitation initiatives, and leading innovation strategies. Swetha also served as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant at Rehabilitation Injury Management (Aust) P/L, where they managed psychological claims and led training programs.
