Troy Hoath is a seasoned Software Engineer and IT Development Team Manager with extensive experience in various roles within the tech industry. They began their career in customer service at Luna Park before transitioning to software engineering roles at companies such as Mintec Systems and Zedmed Medical Software Solutions. As a co-founder of Ruma Studios, Troy played a key role in game design and UX management. They have held leadership positions, including Lead Software Developer at InsuranceLine and currently manage the IT development team at TAL Australia, where they have been since 2015.
