Vythehi Esenior

Vythehi is a Senior Risk & Compliance Leader with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Head of Risk & Compliance at TAL Australia since July 2018, Vythehi previously held the position of Senior Manager Financial Crime at Westpac from July 2010 to June 2018, where responsibilities included advising on financial crime compliance and risk management. Prior roles include Manager Operational Risk & Compliance and consulting roles at leading financial services institutions in Canada, the UK, and Australia from November 2004 to April 2010. Vythehi began a career at Deloitte as a Senior Analyst in Assurance & Advisory from January 1998 to December 2004 while achieving a Chartered Accounting qualification. Educational qualifications include a B.Commerce (with Merit) from the University of New South Wales, specializing in accounting and Business Law & Taxation, along with a CA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
