Ben Gutierrez

Ben Gutierrez is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining complex software systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Tala since April 2023, Ben previously worked at Google as a Senior Software Engineer, where contributions included designing and developing features for the Personalized Guidance platform for Fitbit. Prior experience at Fitbit involved syncing communications between the backend and health trackers, while earlier roles at Trulia included leading the development of an ETL framework and engaging in various backend infrastructure projects. Ben's career began with technical support at BYU Independent Study and has included diverse roles at Edusoft, focusing on data integration and product development.
