Daisy Wanja

Daisy Wanja is a skilled human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a People Operations Generalist at Tala since July 2022, Daisy manages onboarding, employee relations, medical insurance administration, facilities management, office events, and compliance. Previously, as a Senior Human Resources Executive at iSON Xperiences Ltd from December 2020 to December 2021, Daisy oversaw talent acquisition processes including sourcing and interviewing. Daisy also held the position of Human Resource & Administration Executive at Highlands Mineral Water Company, where responsibilities included employee resourcing and records management. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Human Resource Assistant at Farmer's Choice Limited, focusing on recruitment and employee correspondence. Daisy holds a Certified Human Resource Professional designation from the College of Human Resource Management and has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and another in Environmental Conservation and Natural Resource Management from the University of Nairobi.
