Judy Maina

Judy Maina is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Lead at Tala since June 2021, overseeing recruitment processes across multiple countries and focusing on enhancing the candidate experience and employer brand. Previously, Judy held positions at Safaricom PLC, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and management development, and Deloitte, where the focus was on recruitment and organizational assessments. Early career experience includes roles at Altima Africa Ltd as a Human Resource Analyst and Safaricom in talent acquisition. Judy holds an MSc in Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Sociology from the University of Nairobi, supplemented by training from the College of Human Resource Management.
