Julia K. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, leadership training, and curriculum design. Currently serving as the SVP of Global People at Tala since August 2020, Julia previously held multiple leadership roles at Ticketmaster from April 2015 to July 2020, including Director of Leadership Development. Julia founded Kaissling Coaching and Consulting, providing executive coaching and consulting services across various industries, including entertainment and healthcare. Julia's earlier work includes organizational and program development for TIH Organization in Liberia, curriculum and program development for RefugeeOne, and teaching positions at Oklahoma Christian University and within the Japanese Government. Julia holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Oklahoma Christian University.
