Patrick Muthoni is a software engineer with substantial experience in developing innovative solutions for technology-driven businesses. Currently serving as a Software Engineer II at Tala since July 2022, Patrick has contributed to the development of a USSD platform aimed at improving access for underbanked customers in remote areas. Prior to this, Patrick worked at Safaricom PLC from February 2018 to July 2022 as an Information Technology Solutions Architect and Service and Integrations Developer, focusing on systems architecture and microservices integration. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at TECHSAVANNA TECHNOLOGY, where mobile applications, such as the Coca Cola Somaliland monitoring app, were developed.
