Paul Ou

Paul Ou is currently an Engineering Manager at Tala, with previous experience as a software engineer at companies such as the NFL, Tyco International, and the Coast Guard Administration. At CGA, Paul served as the System Development Team Leader, leading a team of software engineers to develop and maintain a human resource system for the Taiwanese government. Paul holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University.
