Ryan Bautista

Ryan Bautista currently serves as the Head of Recoveries at Tala, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Ryan was the Head of Collections at Skyro from December 2022 to November 2024, focusing on agency management and negotiation skills. Prior to that, Ryan was the Collections Manager at Cashalo (Oriente Express Techsystem Corporation) from May 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of unsecured collections and initiating collections operations. Additionally, Ryan held the role of Site Manager at Telan Hipe Flores Telan and Associates for a brief period in early 2018, emphasizing strategy and leadership. Ryan began a career in collections as the Early Collections Head at Home Credit Philippines, leading the phone collections department from August 2014 until December 2017. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, obtained in January 2002.
