Vala Burton

Vala Burton has extensive experience in customer experience and insights, currently serving as Director of Insights and Director of Customer Experience at Tala since November 2016. Prior to this role, Vala gained diverse expertise at ZestFinance from July 2012 to November 2016, holding various positions in marketing and communications, operations management, and training and compliance specialist, with a focus on policy and procedure development and vendor relationship management. Vala holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and completed studies at General Assembly in 2016.
