Will High

Will High is an accomplished data science professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Science at Tala, leading efforts in machine learning, core underwriting, causal inference, experimentation, and ML engineering since August 2022. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Discord focusing on machine learning and causal inference for growth and safety, and positions at Netflix and Joymode where Will High specialized in predictive modeling and analytics. Will High has also contributed to big data solutions as the Director of Data Science at Velos and as a Senior Data Scientist at ThoughtWorks. Will High's academic background consists of a PhD in Physics from Harvard University and a BA with highest honors in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
