Ahmad El Hamawi

Ahmad El Hamawi is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand media and trade marketing across various global companies. Currently serving as the Head of Brand Media and Trade Marketing at talabat since August 2025, Ahmad previously held the position of Global Head of Brand Media at Glovo, leading media efforts in 25 markets to enhance customer acquisition campaigns. Ahmad's background also includes significant roles at Vinted as Marketing and Media Director for Europe, and multiple leadership positions at GroupM, where responsibilities included overseeing media investment units and developing innovative products. Additional experience encompasses a CEO role at Publicis Media, where Ahmad directed growth strategies and managed substantial client relationships. Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the Lebanese American University.
