Karishma Gwalani

Karishma Gwalani is a seasoned professional in operations and events management with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Excellence Manager for Local Shops at talabat since May 2023, Karishma has previously held multiple roles at Gorillas, including Implementation Manager and Launch & Special Projects Manager. At Marriott International, Karishma excelled as a Sales and Planning Specialist for various luxury properties in London. Prior experience includes roles at Jumeirah Group as an Events Executive and Coordinator, where Karishma managed high-profile events and specialized in F&B services. Karishma’s career also encompasses project management for Dubai's inaugural student-run food festival and various internships in culinary training and administration. Karishma earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, following a medical education at the University of Navarra.
