Michal Grochowski is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in technology leadership and strategic project execution. Currently at talabat since October 2021, Michal oversees core platform domains for vendor management, supporting operations in eight countries. Prior to this, Michal held managerial roles at Aurea Software, where strategic initiatives led to an 86% productivity increase, and Optiva Inc., achieving a remarkable 498% boost in development team productivity.
