Mohaimen Bayoumi

Mohaimen Bayoumi possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Leader of Talent Supply, Learning & Development, External Relations, Contractors, and Security at Procter & Gamble since October 2024, Mohaimen also holds the position of Specialist People Solutions for the MENA region at talabat, where responsibilities include guiding HR policy compliance, managing headcount budgets, and reengineering HR processes. Previous roles have included Associate People Solutions at talabat, where support of HR partnerships and recruitment cycle auditing were key duties, and internships at ADES and Viral Media focused on HR acquisition and recruitment processes. Mohaimen also developed coaching programs as a Floor Walker at Vodafone, contributing to newcomer performance and training. Mohaimen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ain Shams University.
