Ruma Minocha

Ruma Minocha is an experienced organizational design and planning professional currently serving as the Manager of Org Design & Planning at talabat since October 2023. Previously, Ruma held positions at EY as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in People Advisory Services, and at MXV Consulting as a Junior Consultant, where notable achievements include delivering change initiatives that increased EBIT and designing performance appraisal processes for various organizations. Early career experiences include roles at CEAT Specialty Tires Inc. as an HR Associate and Trident Group India as an HR Executive, where Ruma implemented talent management processes, conducted organizational audits, and developed innovative employee engagement practices. Ruma holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Jesus and Mary College.
