Saad Allouch

Saad Allouch is an experienced Data Scientist with a proven track record in developing data-driven models and leading teams in significant projects. Currently working at Talabat since April 2022, Saad previously held roles at FDJ - La Française des Jeux, where responsibilities included building attribution models and leading a team focused on scores and recommendation engines. With a consulting background at EPSILON France, Saad has collaborated with notable companies like Carrefour, where a substitution engine project won the Artificial Intelligence prize at the Paris Data Festival 2019. Early career experiences include positions at MACSF GROUP, Orange, and ENEDIS, complemented by a Master's degree in Machine Learning and Data Science from Université Sorbonne Paris Nord.
