Samir Kamal

Samir Kamal is an experienced quality assurance professional currently serving as an Associate Quality Assurance Manager and Regional Quality Assurance Supervisor at Talabat since January 2019. In this role, Samir manages the quality and customer experience for logistic and business process outsourcing service providers across the MENA region. With a background as Co-Founder of Red Carpet Travel and extensive experience at Raya Contact Center, Samir has held positions including Quality Assurance Lead, Process Improvement Specialist, Senior Quality Assurance, and Technical Support. Previous experience also includes freelancing as a tour guide for the Ministry of Tourism in Egypt and serving as a Tour Leader at Pegas Touristik. Samir holds a degree from October 6 University.
