Shaheen Themali

Shaheen Themali is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in rider experience, engagement, and human resource management across the MENA region. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Rider Experience and Engagement at talabat since April 2020, Shaheen has previously held roles as Manager of Rider Experience and Engagement, and Sr. HR Business Partner at talabat. Prior experience includes leading P&C operations at Bayzat, serving as an Employee Engagement Officer at Averda, and working as an HR Consultant for HRsource. Throughout a career commencing in 2010 with Sainsbury's, Shaheen has successfully executed strategic HR initiatives, streamlined office operations, and developed comprehensive recruitment strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Cardiff Metropolitan University, along with CIPD qualifications earned between 2020 and 2021.
