Vipul Gajbhiye

Vipul Gajbhiye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and program management, currently serving as the Director of Quick Commerce at talabat since October 2020, overseeing programs across eight MENA countries. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager for Quick Commerce at Joulon, where Vipul drove digital initiatives in the energy sector, and at Wadi.com, where Vipul successfully launched the grocery business in KSA and UAE, securing $30 million in investment. Vipul's earlier career includes leading digital commerce initiatives at Essel Group, establishing a hyperlocal chef aggregation platform at TinyOwl, and involvement in various academic and internship projects during education at prestigious institutions, including Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with degrees in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering.
