Cahsim Henry

Cahsim Henry has a diverse work experience in the health and fitness industry. Cahsim began their career in January 2019 as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness, where they worked until July 2019. In May 2019, they transitioned to Atlantic Health System as an Exercise Physiologist, where they worked until August 2019. In September 2019, Cahsim returned to Orangetheory Fitness as a Fitness Coach and held this position until August 2021. In March 2022, they moved to Talaera as a Business English Instructor and then joined SeamFit in January 2022 as a Health & Wellness Coach, where they currently work.

Cahsim Henry graduated from William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Prior to that, they attended Lindenwold High School from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Cahsim obtained a certification as a Certified Nutrition Coach from Precision Nutrition in August 2021.
