Amine Dounia

Amine DOUNIA is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience across various sectors, including finance and transportation. Currently serving at Talan since March 2017 as a Senior Project and Program Manager, Amine DOUNIA leads consultant teams, engages with clients, and oversees project objectives and reporting. At Crédit Agricole Assurances, since June 2022, Amine DOUNIA has implemented Anaplan and Oracle EPM tools while managing project scope and plan. Previous roles include Senior Program and Project Manager at BNP Paribas CIB and Senior Consultant at SNCF Réseau, where Amine DOUNIA successfully executed migration projects and system implementation. In earlier positions, foundational skills in process mapping, organizational procedures, and IT system optimization were developed.
