Camila Garcia Sanchis

Camila Garcia Sanchis has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Camila currently works as the Head of Talent Attraction for Poland and Mexico at Talan, where they support organizations in their transformation processes. Prior to this role, they served as the IT Talent Acquisition Team Lead at intive, where they managed a team of recruiters and identified opportunities for improvement within the company. Camila also gained experience as a Recruiting Analyst at SimTLiX S.R.L, where they were involved in the entire recruitment process and built relationships with candidates. Additionally, they worked as an HR Analyst in Training and People Development at Holcim Argentina, where they supported the training process and participated in national training programs.

Camila Garcia Sanchis completed their Licenciatura in Administration and Human Resource Management from Universidad Blas Pascal, from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree from Colegio La Salle, between 2007 and 2012. Additionally, they hold a First Certificate in English (FCE) from Cambridge Assessment English, obtained in 2011, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment International Education.
