Talan
Mikael THEPAUT is the CEO and Group Chief Operating Officer at Talan, overseeing all strategic P&L and business units across the world with 4600 employees and 560 million € revenue. Mikael also serves as the CEO International, leading Talan's international operations based in London. Mikael was involved in the merger between EXL Group and Talan Group to create the leader in agile transformation. Prior to their current role, Mikael held various business development and sales positions at Avanade, CGI, and Capgemini. Mikael holds a Master's degree from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
