Nicolas Recapet

Nicolas RECAPET has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Nicolas joined Talan in 2018 as the Group Executive Vice President for HR, CSR, and Transformation. Nicolas was responsible for areas such as Human Resources, Sustainability, and Merger & Acquisition - Integration. Prior to this, they worked at TalanConsulting as a Supply Chain & Retail Partner and was a part of the Executive Committee. Nicolas also served as a Supply Chain Part-Time Professor at EPF Ecole d'ingénieurs and held positions at CERBA HEALTHCARE, Computacenter, and Air France, focusing on supply chain management and project management. Additionally, they currently work as an Executive MBA Advisor at HEC Paris.

Nicolas RECAPET has a diverse education history. In 1997, they attended Lycee Victor Duruy for Classe préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles (MPSI) program. From 1998 to 2003, they studied at EPF Engineering School and earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree with a focus on logistics, supply chain, and industrial organization. In the same period, they also attended Polytechnique Montréal and obtained an Engineer (B.Ing.) degree in mechanics. In 2015, Nicolas pursued further education at Babson College, specializing in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurial Leadership. Additionally, they attended HEC Paris in 2015-2016 to complete an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA). Nicolas also holds several certifications, including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in 2013, Basics of Supply Chain Management from APICS in 2003, Crisis Management in hostile environment from Gendarmerie Nationale in 2019, and Objectif IA: initiez-vous à l'intelligence artificielle from OpenClassrooms, obtained in 2021.
