Stephen Kirk is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Recruitment for Spain and Poland at Talan since August 2024, Stephen previously held positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition at The Workshop - Inventors of Play, and Head of Talent Acquisition (Technology) - Global at Getir. With a background that includes roles such as Recruitment Manager for EMEA Sourcing at Amazon Web Services and Head of Talent Acquisition for Global Technology at Elsevier, Stephen has demonstrated expertise in scaling recruitment efforts and leading talent acquisition teams. Stephen’s educational background includes a BSc Hons in Computer Science from Ulster University and A-levels in Computers, Chemistry, and Biology from Limavady Grammar School.
