Will Taylor

Will Taylor is a Principal Consultant at Gemserv, focusing on supporting organizations with challenges related to retrofit and low carbon heating. Previously, Will served as a Senior Low Carbon Consultant at Gemserv and held various roles within the UK Civil Service, including Strategic Finance Advisor at the Department for Education and Renewables Policy Advisor at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Will's experience encompasses leading policy development on skills and funding initiatives such as the European Social Fund.
