Bárbara Kübler

Bárbara Kübler has worked in various roles related to people and culture since 2007. Bárbara started as a Consultora de Selección y DO at DICTUC SA in 2007 and then moved to AC Nielsen Chile in 2009, where they worked as an Analista de Selección y Comunicaciones Internas. In 2011, they joined Isapre Consalud as an Analista Senior Desarrollo Organizacional. In 2016, they became Jefe Desarrollo Organizacional at Havas Media Group. In 2017, they joined Coordinador Eléctrico Nacional as Subgerente de Personas and later as Jefe Desarrollo Organizacional. In 2021, they were appointed VP of People and Culture and Head of People and Culture at Talana.

Bárbara Kübler completed their degree in Clinical Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2006, with a mention in Labor.
