Felipe Jorquera has a diverse work experience. Felipe began their career in 2010 as an Airport Contracts Analyst for LATAM Airlines, where they negotiated and identified saving opportunities in airport services and managed contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Felipe was later promoted to Lean Deputy Manager, Global Airport Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance Director, Service Recovery Product Manager Chile, and Operational Support Airport Manager Chile. In 2018, they pursued their MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2019, they worked as a Strategic Business Development Consultant for CMA CGM. In 2020, they were a Senior Marketing Manager for Wayfair. In 2021, they were a City General Manager in Boston and Director of Growth Ops for JOKR, a global platform for instant retail delivery. Currently, they are the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Talana.

Felipe Jorquera received a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the MIT Sloan School of Management between 2018 and 2020. Felipe also obtained an Industrial Engineering Degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile between 2004 and 2009, with a Diploma in Transportation and Logistics Engineering.
